• **ACCURATE FIT AND DIMENSIONS:** Begin with a slight bend in your knee and use the central or outer part of your knee as a reference to measure 5 1/2 inches up your thigh. Next, determine your thigh circumference by measuring around it. From the same reference point on your knee, measure 4 3/4 inches down your calf. For your calf circumference, measure around it as well. Ensure that the measuring tape is neither too tight nor too loose.
