Next, measure the circumference around the thigh. From the center of the kneecap, measure 4 3/4" down the calf, and then measure the circumference around the calf. Ensure that the measuring tape is comfortable, neither too tight nor too loose. Consult the sizing chart and video for accurate sizing guidance.
