• APPROPRIATE FIT AND MEASUREMENTS: Begin with your knee moderately bent, using the outer or central part of your knee as the reference point, and measure 5 1/2" up your thigh. To find the circumference, wrap the measuring tape around your thigh. Next, using the same reference point from your knee, measure 4 3/4" down your calf. Again, wrap the tape around your calf to check its circumference. Ensure the measuring tape is neither too tight nor too loose.
