Extend the tape measure 5 1/2 inches upwards along your thigh and record the circumference around the thigh. Then, from the same kneecap position, measure 4 3/4 inches down towards your calf. Note the circumference around the calf as well. Ensure the measuring tape is comfortably snug, not overly tight or loose. Consult the sizing chart and instructional video for accurate sizing guidance.
