Next, wrap the measuring tape around your thigh to determine its circumference. From the same reference point at the center of your kneecap, measure 4 3/4 inches down your calf. Similarly, measure around your calf for its circumference. Ensure that the measuring tape maintains a comfortable fit—neither too tight nor too loose.
